Help in bodybulding?

i am 15 and i wanna get my body ripped and strong, i wanna have a good definiton on my muscles, should i drink whey protein shakes combined with lots of weight training? will that be good for me at this age?


Answers:

depends on how many your talking. Your whole diet can't just be shakes. I do one in the morning with breakfast and one after my workout and sometimes before the workout. I would say have 2-3 a day, but try to get every thing else from actual food.
