gettig a visible six pack has to do with lowering bf!. cardio like running, and cardio lowers bf!. you should run everyday for about :30 - 1:00!. for ab exercizes do diffrent variations of situps!. the only thing situps do is build the ab muscle, so wen you have a low enough bf for visible abs they show!. you will not get visible abs by doing sit-ups alone!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Do you watch the olympics!? do you see the olympic sprinters with those cheese grater abs!? You think they run 45miles a week!? think again!. I doubt any olympic sprinter runs more than 15miles in a week!. But what they lack in distance they make up for in intensity!. When they run they run fast and hard!. And they don't do situps for an ab exercise!. Situps are not worthless, but are far from the best ab exercise out there!. Search around on the internet for some other ideas and at least get some variety in your stomach!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I mean running will improve your six pack but running is mainly for your legs and your cardio!. If you're trying to get a six pack depend more on sit ups!. Do 50-100 a night!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
