I NEED HELP MAKIN A DIET PLAN FOR MYSELF I AM 5'5 WEIGH 160. WANT TO BE 130 BY SEPTEMBER...HELP....PLEASE

Cut out all white carbs like pasta, bread, potatoes, and rice.
Stick to lean protein sources like fish and chicken.
Get your carbs from whole grain sources like Whole grain bread, Oatmeal, brown rice, and fruits and vegatables.
Eat breakfast, eat two smaller lunches and a small dinner.
Stop eating 2 hours before bed. Have a set time and do not eat past that time. Ever.
If you are hungry in the evening have a green apple or pear.
Walk 45 minutes a day.
Train each bodypart with weights 2x a week.
Try to drink a gallon of water a day.
