Question: Help! What will I need to do to get a six Pack!?
I am 15 years old, and am 5 feet 8 inches, and I am 170 pounds, but i look like 140-150!. I really want to get a six pack!. Like WHat weight should I be to start excersising, because i want to lose weight, I plan on losing 30 pounds in 1 month!. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

simply put, diet and exercise!. if you are unsure where to start though, look towards health magazines for help!. one thing that i have found incredibly useful is a book call The Abs Diet!. it was written by the men's health editor and really does help out a lot!. there are also a lot of forums and websites that have more than enough information to help you out!. only downside to that is that you have to read through a lot to find what would work for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Once you start to lose weight, then you will need to tone up, a good way of doing this is by tensing your stomach muscles for long periods of time, but you will only get results from doing this by doing it often

An ID proving that you are 18 and some money!. Kidding!. You need a diet book and a strong drive!. Sit ups are a great way to develop your muscles!. it will take time, but if you stick to a plan you will get a 6 pack!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Look, in my younger years I had a six pack!. Thirty pounds in one month!? Not happening!. You can't lose 30 pounds before you can say Jack Robinson but do push-ups,crunches,and lift lift lift!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do a lot of cardio to loose fat!. Do strength training to tone and build muscles!. Do a lot of sit-ups, crunches, and other abdominal exercises to get that six-pack!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i do palates and use the bender ball=p i hope your planning on loosing that weight w/o starving yourself!. 30lbs is a lot to loose that fast!. you keep the weight off better if you loose it slowly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

join a gym, and exercise daily!. eat healthily, one soda per week, lots of fruits and veggies!. whole grain, chicken breasts!. do a lot of core workouts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to do abs everyday, laso try to eat less greasy food!. I will recommend a protein shake every morning for breakfast!. Eat chicken more than anything and brown rice!. No red meats!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
