Answers:
Lacking protein, fruit and veggies and dairy!. Add some lentils, chickpeas or chicken to the rice as protein Add a glass of milk or yogurt as a source of calcium!. Use brown rice, not white!.

You should try to eat at least one serving of fruit and two servings of veggies with every meal, trying for two different colours!. Add fruit and a second veggie (yellow, orange or red) or eat at least 1 cup of broccoli!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Meat (and meat broths) aren't amazing for you but rice (especially brown rice) is good!. Make sure you go easy on the spices!.!.!. especially the salt!. Broccoli is great for you!.!.!.!. but when you cook fruits and vegetables you lose valuable nutrients!. Make sure you be careful with the olive oil!. Do you use it for flavoring!? Sometimes you should ask yourself "Is it really worth it!?" Like putting butter in macaroni and cheese!. I usually skip that step because I really can't tell a difference either way!.

Canned soups really aren't good for you!. They are loaded with sodium and usually do more harm than good!. I would try some fruit and yogurt for breakfast or some Raisin Bran!. I think that everyone should start surviving on raw fruits and veggies and whole grains because that's really all we need and that's really the only way you're going to have a 100% healthy diet!.

Water is good for you, of course!.

And yes, watch portion control!. That's probably the most important thing to look out for!. Also, remember to ONLY eat when you're hungry and only eat until you are full!. As long as you eat the right kinds of foods you should feel comfortable for quite awhile!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
