ok!!! i know that this question may seem so dumb and idiotic but you have no idea how much you guys are helping me just by answering this question!!! ok i need to know which is more effective in losing weight...

A) jogging

B) step aerobics

not a dumb question, and there is no answer.

It all depends on which one you do more rigorously and how etc

Actually to tell you the truth I have no clue what step aerobics is, but as long as it gets your heart rate up and you do it for long enough then it'll drop your weight.

Jogging mostly won't though...It's too boring and completely over-rated. It's also hard to make yourself get into the proper workout state while running around. It can make you lose weight, but it's a bad route to take IMO.
