Answers:
I think that you need to have one full day of rest!. Absolutely!. You are not giving your muscles enough time to repair and rebuild!.
But one day is plenty!.
Also, I think you could do more abs!. I do abs almost every day, except instead of doing lifting like you do with your other muscle groups, abs are all resistance and maybe a very light weight, so you can do a slightly lighter work out everyday if you would like, and you will see faster results and more cut!. You don't want bulky abs!. You want definition, all cut up, clean lines, tone, so light weights and lots of repetition is key!.
You could work your legs another day!.
You really should not work any one muscle group more than twice a week!. (except abs) and if a muscle group is very sore, only do a light work out with it, to help work out the lactic acid, but don't break down a lot more muscle tissue!. And you should still be feeling sore!. If you never feel sore anymore, you aren't giving yourself a good workout-you are just maintaining!. (which is ok, if that is all you're trying to do)

EDIT: I think you have to have one full day of rest a week!. No cardio, no strength training, just normal fun!. So if you mostly do this on Sat, then keep it Sat, if you want Wednesday, then do that!. But you don't need to do Saturday and Wednesday!.
Just make sure one day is all rest!.

And I think you're doing ok!. What I suggest is that you lighten up your Ab work out (make it easier) and do it four-five days a week!.
You are a soccer player, so you have strong legs already, I'm sure!. So I don't think you need another day for legs!. Just make sure the one day a week you do legs you are working the whole leg, not just the quad and hamstrings!. There are lots of muscles in the legs!. Don't forget the inner and outer thighs with an Abductor machine or otherwise, don't forget your calves either!

But I think you're doing a really awesome job! You don't really even need any fine tuning, just rest one full day to stay healthy!! And good for you for being so interested in your health! It will make your entire life better!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ever see those odd shaped blokes with fantastically muscled upper bodies and puny legs!.!.!. ALso you'll need a couple of days contiguous rest in there, if you dont your muscles won't grow and you also lack the energy to perform your workout properly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
