1: Are standard crunches the best way to tighten up abs?

2: Are push ups an effective way to get stronger arms?

3: What is an excerise to slim down thighs?

My favorite exercise program is Daily Workout with Denise Austin, which is on Lifetime on weekdays at 6 a.m. It's a great show and everyday you work on a different part of the body. But if you're looking for just plain old exercises you can do yourself, just type "pilates" into Yahoo! and see what comes up.
