Question:
Does this sound like to much stretching for a 12year old?
Morning:
1. Touch Toes for 50 Seconds (standing up)
2. Touch both left and right toes sitting down for 40 seconds each
3. Do 50 jumping jacks
4. Do 25 sit ups
5. do 15 push-ups
6. Eat oatmeal or cereal. don’t eat again for another 4 hours.
Day (4 hours after eating breakfast):
1. touch toes for 100 seconds
2. touch both left and right toes sitting down for 60 seconds each
3. do 70 jumping jacks
4. do 30 sit ups
5. do 20 push-ups
6. eat lunch (something healthy, don’t eat agin for another 4 hours)
Night (4 hours after eating lunch):
1. Touch toes for 40 seconds
2. touch both left leg and right leg for 25 seconds each
3. Do 40 jumping jacks
4. Do 20 sit ups
5. do 10 push ups
Answers:
The only thing I would like to see is a day of rest between the exercise sessions to allow your muscles to recover and grow.
