Question:

If you literally cut everything you eat in half, will that help you lose weight?

I am 13, 5ft and 141 lbs. I need to lose weight.
And please no rude comments.

My other question is. I want to join a fitness program or weight loss camp and it costs about 6 grand a summer. My parents say it won't work and I wanna try. We "can't afford it" they say, Yeah Right! We own a stinkin business and three houses. ANd I got a thousand dollar laptop just by shoving my report card into their face. Wat should I do?

You are still young, so you have the opportunity now to get your metabolism going.Don't cut your calories in half, just reduce them to the average amount you need per day.Get active.I run every other day and I also try to get some weights in and it helps keep me toned.Make careful food choices and STAY AWAY FROM BREAD!!!! ( unless it is unleavened such as pita,tortillas,and crackers.)
