Getting past weight threshold?!

Question:

Getting past weight threshold?

I'm an 18 year old male. I'm just about 6'0 tall and I weigh about 205 pounds. I have a pants size of 36x32 & usually wear size large shirts.

I've been trying to lose weight for a while. I've lost roughly 20 pounds, but I just can't seem to get below 200 pounds. I want to lose a pants size or two. There really is no specific section that is excessivly fat or anything, so I don't know where to focus with exercise (my legs are a bit big). Then myself & family are on a bit of a strict budget & so I don't have much control over my diet.

Any suggestions/help? No matter what I do I can't really pass 200 pounds. I've gotten to like 198.5 pounds, but by the next day I'm up to like 200 (water weight fluxation seems to be most of the weight gain/lose).

Answers:

PORTION control is very important. people tend to eat too large of portions so keep an eye on that.. also make sure you are exercising, walking, biking, lifting weights. drink plenty of water and try not to munch out on chips, candy etc. all people watching their weight hit a point where they dont lose for a bit. dont give up but step it up. and once the weight is off--keeping it off is key to. good luck with it.
