umm i dont know what you are talking about for the sentence under the bold question!. but i started bike riding the same path 30 minutes a day!. over a week!. it took me 25 minutes to do that!. and now about 18!. my thighs look smalled, and im in better shape!. i also started jogging twice a week!. and am in even better shape!. hope i helped!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
