Question: Ive been working out alot and ive lost 73 pounds but now im feelign more fatter then before!?
ok well ive lost 73 pounds in 2 and a half months and now ive stayed at a certain weight, and i like it but now as ive styaed here for about 3 weeks i have been seeming to start looking more fat!.!.!.!.!.but the scale says that im the same weight, but im looking more bigger then before!?could it be water or what do you feel is going on!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

whattt!? 73 pounds in "TWO" months, thats alot, how'd u do that!?!? !.!.!.!.!.!.and as for ur question, if ur retaining water u wont look super fat like ur describing, I had lost alot of weight at one point and now anytime i gain a few pounds i feel, huge!.!.!.but its just me!.!.!.maybe same thing is going on with u!. I've never heard of anyone losing that much so fast!. It's not good when you lose that much that fast as your body doesn't have time to adapte to the new body!. Most trainers suggest losing about 2lbs a week for the average person!. Say you are very heavy still no more than 4lbs a week!. You lost on average about 7!.3lbs a week which is like a lb a day which is too much lose too fast which is unhealthy and can be deadly!. I would suggest taking it easy on your workout and not working so hard to just set your goal to lose no more than 4lbs a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would guess in addition to losing fat, you're gaining muscle (which is EXTREMELY good)!. Muscle is much more effective at burning calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
