Am I the right weight for my age and height?
I am a 15 year old girl and I am 5'1 and I weigh 155 lb. Is this the average weight for someone my age and height. And if not can someone please help me lose weight so i can get no more than 10 lb. under the average weight.

You are too big for your height.
You need to make a lifestyle change
DO NOT STARVE as that will just make you fatter in the long run. Because when you do eat - your body will hold onto every little bit of fat.
Faddy diets / pills do NOT Work.
Eat healthily.
-Eat fruits
-Veg
-Cut down on Carbs but DO NOT cut them out completely. you NEED them.
-Lean meat
-Green tea
etc etc
WORK OUT
make it a part of your life.
Go swimming.
Jogging
Walk to school
Cycle
Play tennis
Surf
Dancing
Trampolining
Golf
Yoga
It's really not a chore if you make it fun. Do it with a friend
