Is it dangerous, to workout when it's hot?!


Question:

Is it dangerous, to workout when it's hot?

I'm just wondering if it's unhealthy to workout when it's very hot. I usually do a 50 to 60 minute workout on the treadmill, but the past few days, I've been taking it slow because i down want to pass out or over exert myself. Is it healthy to workout more or less when it's hot outside? If I push myself, will I do harm or loose more sweating more?


Answers:

just take some breaks and the best thing of all to prevent heat stroke and stuff is drinks alotttttt of water or some energy drinks like gatorade or powerade
