40 pounds in 8 months is great!! Celebrate your success by buying some new clothes that show off the new you!.

Remember everyone is shaped different so you may still not like some of your curves, but that is what makes you unique!.

Keep exercising as this will help tighten and tone some of the spots you are not happy with!.

And again, great job!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

its one of those things a lot of us go through!. You never feel its enough and like you said we pick out other flaws!. Try to remember when you feel a bit down that you did this also for your health!. Keep working out and maybe change up your exercise routine and add some strength training to it if you haven't already, that will help tone and show a bit of muscle definition!. Try not to be so hard on yourself and remember that you have accomplished a lot alreadyWww@Answer-Health@Com

Hey! Give yourself a fair break and go easier on yourself!. Be proud of what you did, your accomplishment, and do more positive talk and stop the not good enough non-sense! God get a makeover at the department store or go treat yourself to a manicure/pedicure!. Buy yourself a new outfit and hold your head high! Life is too short for all the bullshit!.

You yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe deserve your love and affection!.
