I think I am fat?????????????????????!


Question: I think I am fat!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
I am 11 years old and im 123 pounds is that normal for my age!. i compare to others and i think i am way fatter!. I just want to know what is healthy and whats not!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well are you tall!? I am 5 foot 5 and i wight 104 pounds but i am pretty skinny!. And well just don't eat things that have chocolate in them!. And eat more things that are healthy like more fruits and vegetables and less junk food!. Tell you mom or dad or guardian that you need to lose wight!. And eat more and more and more fruits and vegetables than you ever imagined!. Just saying i know these things because i am 11 to :) And i say lose some wight!. Also exercise more like go run about 2 miles or more will be great!. Or you could ride a bike for 5 miles!. Trust me 5 miles is not long at all!. Being healthy is very important because if you are not healthy then you can't do most things that other people can do!. There are these things in your body called fat cells and the hold all the fat that you put into your body and the more fat you eat the more fat cells you need and the more your body makes fat cells!. So then all the fat cells that you need to put all the fat in makes more and then soon when all the fat i put somewhere you just have all these fat cell making you belly bigger and that is really bad!. So remember you don't want to eat a lot of junk food and sweets it just makes you bigger and bigger and bigger and bigger!. So if you think you are fat just do exactly what i said it will make you feel a lot better!. And don't say fat it just sounds like you are not happy about your self!. Sorry i come from a family where you say things that sound like you are happy about your self!. How about you say overwight and not fat!. Over wight sounds a lot better!. I hope you are happy about your self becuase it just makes me said when someone is not happy about them self!. I really hope you lose wight!. i really do :)

It depends on how tall you are!.!.and either way, whether you are short or tall, you still have a lot of growing to do!.!. so just be patient and just enjoy life at this time!. If you want to be considered "healthy" eat the right foods, eat your veggies, and fruits and limit your soda intake, sugar intake, the bad saturated fats in certain foods and drink lots of water!. This also depends on you family if their are big,short or wide don't worry my cousin is 16 and she is way taller then me i guess she's fat but she exercises and my uncle and grandpa is big so i wouldn't worry about it!.Hope this helps and take care!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sorry to get you down, but you are fat to be that young!.
Once you hit puberty, you're going to get even bigger!.
So!.!.!. participate a lot in gym class, and lay off the sugary foods!.
