Question:

A Simple Diet Plan with Slim Fast, will it work?

First of all, I want to keep loosing weight. I've lost 10 pounds, but I need to keep on going .
I know the basics: Drink lots of water ( i average about 6 water bottles a day), low carb intake (I try to not eat much bread), avoid diary products, eat lots of fruits and veggies.
for excercise, I go biking for one hour a day ( I hate running).
But sometimes, I get really annoying hunger pains during the day or night....and I was thinking of drinking Slim Fast to prevent me from going to the bread bag or something.
What do you guys think?
(By the way, I'm 16 close to 17)


Answers:

If you're hungry, try eating some more protein.
Dairy products have been proven to aide in weight loss. No need to avoid, especially nonfat.
