What is the difference in size of 20 pounds of muscle vs. 20 of fat?!

Question: What is the difference in size of 20 pounds of muscle vs!. 20 of fat!?
I'm starting to rethink my weight loss goals because I think what I've wanted is simply not going to get me where I want to be (nothing will, actually)!. I know 20 pounds of muscle is a lot, but for my own peace of mind, I'm wondering how much my body would change in size if I gained 20 lbs of muscle and lost roughly 50 lbs of fat!. I'm 6'3", 240 lbs!.!.!.the last time I had my body comp tested, I was about 167 lbs lean weight (this was about six years ago, but I doubt I have added muscle since then)!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
