How To Get Enough Healthy Fats?!


Question: How To Get Enough Healthy Fats!?
My diet is for bulking and adding muscle mass, but how would I get enough healthy fats!?

The healthy fats I get are some GNC Omega-3 soft chew, with 120 mg of omega-3's, an Ensure protein drink, with 320 mg of omega-3's, and 2 avocado slices, don't know how much healthy fat that contains though!.

So, am I getting enough healthy fat!? If not, how do I!? Also, are they really that important for bodybuilding!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

slices of a reg avacado is about 5g of fat and 50cals um the soft chew and ensure are good but it seems ur not getting enough fats i know ensure doest have more than 10g of fat cuz i used to have it and the omega 3 supplement provides less also i think u should get some natural peanut butter or almonds in there!.they are very important to help slow down the process proteins breakdown so the protien fuels ur muscles longer and doesnt digest as fast u want fats only at certain times and u dnt wanna go overboard though or u just get fat id say around 40g total for u at least aim for 20g more that's what i think which u can get in a serving and a half of nuts they also help burn fats u know there's two kinds of fats good and bad well the good ones burn off the bad fatsWww@Answer-Health@Com
