I don't want to have a flabby tummy anymore!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
You're doing muscle-building exercises, so you may be gaining muscle mass, and muscle weighs more than fat!. Try doing some gentle aerobic exercise instead, like walking or nordictrak!.
Additionally, 800 calories a day will put your body in starvation mode, meaning it thinks there is a famine, and that you are going to die!. So, it will start storing every calorie you eat as fat!.
5' 6" 125 seems just right!. Why do you think you need to lose weight!?
For your diet, here's what you should be doing: Balanced meals, including plenty of veggies, whole grains, lean meat and dairy, and fruits!. (You can skip the breakfast vegetable!.) Eat when you're hungry, and stop when you're satisfied, don't count calories!. 3 snacks a day of vegetables first, and add in more healthy foods if you're still hungry!. Cut out all diet foods and artificial sweeteners!. At least 8 8-oz glasses of pure water a day!.
To get your body out of fat storing mode, you have to convince it that there is no famine, that in fact healthy food is available in abundance!. When you do this, your body will naturally let go of any unnecessary fat!. But don't be shocked if your weight ends up being more than your goal, but you're more slender than you are now!. This is a good sign that you're well-hydrated, have lots of healthy lean muscle, and have good bone mass!. Don't go by the scale, go by how you look and feel, and how your clothes fit!. Start taking your measurements, if you want, and you will see that even if you weigh more, you may be slimmer!. And you could get your body fat % measured, a healthy range for an adult woman is 15% - 25%!. You may already be in that range, but just need to get better hydrated and have better muscle tone!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're starving yourself!. You shouldn't do that high of intensity if you're eating that little!. In fact, you shouldn't be exercising at all if you're eating that little!. You should be getting at least 1500 calories, and if you do work out with that, you have to increase your calories!. If you exercise and eat so little, you're going to gain!.!.!.increase calories! Increase calories no matter what!. When you eat so little, your body turns your muscles and all good nutrients into fat so that you can survive, and puts that fat into storage, thus you gain!

Eat moderately, and exercise moderately!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Part of losing weight is determined by what you eat and when you eat as well as your workout!. If anything, be sure to eat breakfast!. That can help your eating habits throughout the day!. Drink plenty of water and try not to do heavy lifting and excessive reps!. You could end up turning your fat into muscle which won't necessarily equal weight loss but more weight maintain or gain!. Try running or swimming!. They are some really good total body workouts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I saw this product called Acai Berry on Oprah the other week!.!. Looked like all the other diet scams, but I went for it and ordered a 14-day free trial from this site!.!. And guess what, it really works!! I'm so happy I've already lost weight, gotten more energy and my stomach is flatter than ever!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had a workout just like that and I gained 10 pounds so far and I'm a woman! It sucks, but you need more cardio less weights!. A half-hour workout won't cut it, you have to finish at least 45 for the fat-burn to kick in!. It's easier said than done, I'm stuck with all this weight now!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
