I'm way too skinny!?!


Question: I'm way too skinny!!?
I know people will say I'm stupid for asking this but It is a problem!. I am trying to gain weight but I cant!. My parents even think im anorexic!.I usually dont have an appetite,but i dont think im fat,i want to eat but im never hungry!. And dont say "go to a doctor" because this isnt a health problem and my parents wouldnt take me to a medical doctor,they would take me to a therapist,because they think i have anorexia nervosa!. Im 13(almost),im 5'2 and im 80 pounds! I am developed but im loosing weight from the areas i want weight(breasts,butt!.) What can I do!. Ive even tried laying around and when i do get hungry I eat fat fat fat and more fat! But im still so skinny!. Not count the ribs skinny but i want to be around 100 pounds!. Hi - I used to be just like you, like a beanpole! and everyone thought I was anorexic!. The only difference was I had a HUGE appetite :)

I think youd benefit from something like Complan, which will build up your 'bulk'!. Available from pharmacys, not over the counter, just on the shelf!.

While youre there you might want to talk to the pharmacist and see if they can recommend anything, Im not a doctor or anything - Im just thinking of what helped me when I was your age

I would try the opposite!.!.!.
go outside and play and work up an appitite!!!!

develop muscles in your body- or you will just get fat on your
stomach hips and thighs (no one wants it there)

join the swim team or softball team!.!.!. I think you are probably
partly (too) skinny because you have no muscle tone!.!.!.

andwhen you do eat, eat healthy stuff, veggies, (Homemade) hamburgers, mashed potatoes, turkey FRUIT!!!!!

you will be fine, but get some exercise and develop those beautiful muscles, that will give you the weight you want!

brewing yeast!. It has a lot of vitamin B, too!. It will make you gain
weight in a week!. Either buy at pharmacies, as supplement, or in any
place which specializes in brewing!. Three pills a day/three tablespoons a
day - depends on the product, and you are there!. Good for bones and
hair as well!.

Eat everything you can!.Oily stuff and loads of vegies!.Eat junk food, if nothing else, but EAT!!Ask your mom to force you to eat things!.

what you consider a lot is probably not a lot of eating (since you're under 100) I rarely eat now days, but i've been going through depression hunger, but any ways thats beside the point!.

The easiest way to start gaining weight ironically is to get active!. By doing so your metabolism will rise, thus giving you hunger!. Most times people over eat because they eat by hunger rather than apetite!. Hunger is the bodys desire for food, while apetite is what your body needs!. like if i ate say bread and was satisfied that would be apetite!. If I ate a ton of chocolate and i just couldn't stop because it just tasted so yummy even though fatning, that would be hunger( i might have the two mixed up, but you get the idea)!.

Your better bet on gaining weight in my opinoin is eating a lot more carbohydrates!. Proteins in average amounts actually doesnt' cause that big of a weight gain!. Meats keep your body fuller much longer than bread will!. Unless of course you deep fry your meets and submerge them in extra fatty peanut and cocunut oil that isn't fat free!. That might gain you more weight lols, but yeah your heart would probably die soon lols!. But yeah a good way to gain weight is to eat enriched breads, you get the whole grains/vits/mins as brown bread/wheat bread, cept you dont feel as full!. White bread also has decent calories!. Another food is rice, idk if you like it though, but thats what sumo wrestlers stock up on i believe, unless it's changed!. Rice is jam packed with carbs and calories!.

The simplest and safest way of course is just to start excercising!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
