im a 14 yr old guy..i weigh 127 and am 5'7
Answers:
You could weight 120lbs to 155lbs and be healthy.
Of course, at 120lbs, you'd be thin and at 155lbs, you would not.
127lbs is normal but if you're not sure if you're fat or not, maybe you should get some more muscles.
You should do some weight training so you get more muscle mass as you grow up.
And do some sport like basketball.
The better your shape now, the easier it will be to maintain for the rest of your life.
