Sad fact!.!. I have to keep the hubby!. But he drives me insane and I am always stressed and eat from stress!. I don't want to go work out because I just want to sit and be left alone!. What is your advice if any on how to loose weight when your in a high stress situation!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
I say work out!. When you start to work out you start to feel better about yourself and it helps you clear your mind about what all hubby isnt doing!. You do your thing and stop allowing your husband to control you!. You have allowed him to control you and your actions!. Now how long are you going to let this go on!?!?!? You are worth more than that!!! LIVE YOUR LIFE FOR YOU NOT A MAN!Www@Answer-Health@Com

When really stressed out try going for a walk instead of eating if you are able to do so!. The walk will help you destress and the exersize will build muscle, speed up your metabolism and help lose weight at the same time!. Once you get the routine down, you will want to eat less and drink more water which also helps lose weight by flushing your system out and filling up your stomach so you feel less hungry!.

If you have children leave them with dad for this walk so you have some think time and you can come back calmer!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know that you feel like you want to be left alone, but really, going for a run helps release soo much tension and stress!. You may not believe me, but I actually exercise much more when me and my man are fighting, and I think about it as I exercise, and when I am done, I feel so much better and am no longer mad at him!. Eating is a temporary fix for the stress, stop that habbit now before it gets out of hand? Your body should be important to you so stop being lazy and get up and move!!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stop blaming your husband for your being overweight and stressed and take responsibility for your own actions!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Instead of binge eating take a walk and perhaps get some counseling!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

my advice to you is to stop giving yourself excuses!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat tuna and low sodium ritz crackers they are a great snack and it fills you up!. guilt freeWww@Answer-Health@Com
