Question: What are the Cons about working out at about 10 in the morning if you go to bed late(2-230)!.!.!.!?!?!?
Obviously I will be pretty tired but is there anything else!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You'd still be getting 8 hours of sleep which is more than most people!.

So!.!.!.!. why would you "obviously" be tired!? Unless you wake up at like 5am!.

That's about when I go to sleep and when I workout, give or take an hour here and there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i think everything is fine!. just make sure you get enough sleep!. and eat adequately!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
