Question: Having a fit body [don't read if you don't like long questions]!?
i'm skinny!. and if you saw me you would think that i had a flat stomach!. here's the problem MY STOMACH DOESN'T LOOK GOOD IN A BIKINI ! i have this little, tiny tiny pouch and it has almost id say a wrinkle!? its gross!. I'm not active anymore, but i do 100 sit ups per night!. my legs seem flabby too me!. i also wanna ask, i didn't get my period (no I'm not 11 12 13, etc/ its just late) does my body hold a certain amount of weight until i get it!? I'm five foot, and 113 pounds -_- my metabolism is just a tad above normal!.


any suggestions to get a tight stomach!?
and answer my period question please!.

i don't want to see any of 'wow that's extremely skinny you need to eat' ' you shouldn't care some would die to be 113' and especially i don't wanna see ' your fat'

As for getting toned, it's all diet and cardio!. Eat high protein, moderate carbs and low fat diet and do lot's of cardio, like runing, swimming, biking, power walking, anything that will bring up your heat-rate!. As for your period being late, it could be a hormone imbalance, like maybe your testosterone level is above average for a female!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

hi, sometimes all the situps in the world wont get rid of the extra skin we have if we are skinny!. I have found just putting a couple of pound on helps and then working on the muscles!. Unfortunately it has to be worked on long term if we want to stick with results!. Sorry couldnt be more helpfulWww@Answer-Health@Com

It is not that you are holding weigth, it is possible that you are retaining water ie!. bloated!.

And to get your stomach tight, you will need to combine those sit ups/crunches with cardio and your "pooch" will dissapear!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
