Yes!. I can't say that enough, Yes!. Especially cardio!. I was working this office job and was sleeping about 4 hours and then I would wake up and just lay there!. I finally asked my doctor what was wrong and he said I needed to start working out and I slept like a baby!. And he told me that sleeping had a positive correlation with weight loss!. People who didn't sleep well had a harder time maintaining current weight or losing weight!. Weird, huh!? Seriously some good cardio with weight work outs was the best thing!. If that doesn't work then try beer or vodka, that makes me sleep as well!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
