The average is hard to determine because there r so many different ones!.
In the two different locations that i generally go to the bar is 20kg (44lbs) and the other is 7!.5 kg (16!.5lbs) and Iv been to a place where it was 10kg (22lbs) as well!. I dont really think u could get an average easily!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
