Question: If our bodies use carbs for energy then!.!.!.!.!? [10 points to best explanation]!?
If one ate low carbs, then the body would have no "energy" from carbs and would use stored fat for energy, correct!? [Resulting in weight loss]

If not correct, please correct me, with backup!.

I am eating a diet of mainly salad and vegetables rather then my old food choices that were mainly carbs from the grains food group
[vegetarian]
and i want to know if this should result in significant fat loss!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

youre mostly correct; if you dont eat carbs, then the body will not get energy from carbs!. but as was said, your body uses fats and proteins for energy, too, and muscles are a great source of protein and energy!. you will lose weight eating what you are, but it will be from the breakdown of muscle before fat, ultimately slowing your fat-loss goals!. carbs are not the enemy; over-consumption of empty calories is!. if you are a vegetarian, make sure you get adequate amounts of protein and dont exclude good carbs (whole grains like oatmeal) from your diet completely!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

okay I'll try to explain what I know:
carbs give energy quickly but it doesn't last for very long!. fat gives more energy which is why good fats are important but if you eat a combination of too many fats and carbs then your body stores the fat resulting in weight gain!.

now as for your diet: not good!. when carbs aren't available for energy our body has two options: protein from our muscles and fat from our belly, thighs etc!.!.!. protein is easier for the body to process so that's why it will use your muscles before it uses your fat which will result in muscle loss!.!.!. to prevent this I recommend eating lean proteine (meat, fish, eggs and so on!.!.!.) to prevent muscle loss and so your body can use up the fat in your body!. if you do this combined with excercise you'll be fine and will see significant weight loss but without the muscle loss! good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

okay so carbs like serena said are a quick burst of energy!.!.!. like a sugar rush is basically carbs giving you that boost!. when you have less carbs in your body, your body starts taking fat and using it for energy!.!.!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
