How accurate is this machine in terms of measuring body fat?!


Question: How accurate is this machine in terms of measuring body fat!?

everytime i step on this machine it says i am either 22-24 %body fat and when i eat something it says i am 26% bf!.


Here are my current stats

Weight 177lbs

Height 5!.7 ft

Waist 31!.8

Chest 40!.5

Neck 14!.8
