Answers:
sounds like you have got osgood schlatis(i have no idea how that is spelt) syndrome!. you need to see a doctor!.
you will need to do a lot of warming up and stretching before exercise!.
or you could just be over doing it - either way - doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi

If it is shin splints (usually caused by imact exercise like running, skipping, stepping), it is best to introduce low/non impact exercise like air-stepper, ski-cross trainer, cycling and rowing!.

Always best to get some proffessional advice, especially before running any more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Could be shin splints!. When I suffered them I would just stretch well!. Then after workouts ice you shins until they are numb then allow to rewarm!. Repeat this a total of 3 times!. At least it worked for me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Depends on the kind of workout you are doing!. If you are doing a workout that involves running and/or jumping then buy shoes with proper cushoning in them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try to do less running, because it is probably shin splints from hitting the surface over nd over again!. Otherwise I don't know!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
