If I went to the doctors about my weight what can they realistically do?!

Question: If I went to the doctors about my weight what can they realistically do!?
Now I am severly overweight,I am disabled so exercise is limited for me,exept for walking my pooches,I am told I should go to the doctors and ask them to help me but what realistically can they do for me!? They will problably look at me and problably say "eat less and exercise more"!.

Basically I am scared if I do go to the doctors that they will just send me home and not help me attall,I realise they cant do the work for me but I just want a little assistance,I dont know what knd of assistance but people keep telling me to go and I am scared I'll get knocked back 10 steps instead of ahead 10 steps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you could ask him to prescribe you some diet pills, they're tiny blue tablets and they're really good to get you started as they give you the boost you need!. They just get rid of the excess fat my making you go to the toilet 24 hours after!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat smarter!. There's a book that I LOVE called "Eat This, Not That" and it gives real swaps for common foods!. It has fast food, deli foods, cookies, cakes, you name it!. It tells you what's healthier and what's bad for you, and it doesn't tell you to cut everything out and just eat veggies and meat!. I live by it!. I've lost a ton of weight using these swaps!. Also, keep walking those pooches!. Walk every day, as much as you can!. You can do this!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you go to see a nutritionist, they can help you determine exactly how many calories and what kind of calories you should be eating every day to reach your goals!. They can suggest some additional, light exercises that you can do to increase your metabolism!. They will work with you and your preferences and lifestyle in order to create a regimen that you can live with and will help get you healthy! Best of luck to you!Www@Answer-Health@Com

they might suggest you to see a dieticianWww@Answer-Health@Com
