Answers:
Yes, that is ALOT!. Olive oil is one of the healthiest oils, but 1/2 a cup per day is too much!. WAY too much!. Of course you should count it as calories! I don't think you realize that half a cup of olive oil is nearly 1000 calories and well over 100 grams of fat!. I don't care how healthy the fat is, 100 grams in addition to your normal food intake is crazy!. You should limit yourself to 1-3 tablespoons a day, and even then, you have to count it!. Calories are calories!.

Bottom Line: Enjoy your olive oil!. But not so much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Olive oil should be counted in your daily calorie intake!. If you are keeping track of what you eat, anything that passes your lips and stays down should be counted!. Olive oil is high in fat and although they are healthy fats, fat still contains 9 calories per gram whether it is saturated or unsaturated!.

You really should consume less!. One tablespoon serving per day at most, roughly an 8th of what you are consuming at the moment!.

You can take it out of your sandwhiches straight away, it just doesn't need it, and to add flavour to a salad look for a low fat, low salt salad dressing or balsamic vinegar!. Start using an actual tablespoon for that one serving a day!. Fill the tablespoon and put the olive oil away as soon as possible!. If you feel that you start adding a little more while you are eating, put the olive oil in the fridge as soon as you have added that initial tablespoon and only take it out again once the urge to add more has passed (while in the fridge it turns cloudy and you won't want to use it, but it does go back to it's clear state again)!.

If you started using so much olive oil because of the health benefits then you can still use it without taking in the calories!. Swilling a mouthfull of olive oil around in your mouth for 10-20 minutes actually draws out toxins from the blood via the inside of our cheeks where the skin is extremely thin!. Never tried it myself but i'm not a fan of the taste!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I tbsp of oil has 120 calories, be it any oil!. Olive oil is good by itself compared to other oils!. But half a cup is too much and yes it does count in your calorie intake!. You seem to be young but eventually you might have heart problems if you continue having too much oil!. Exercise at least 3 days a week!. And reduce your oil consumption!.

If you have loose stools or diarrhea, then it is too much!. Otherwise, you probably have beautiful skin!. Of course it counts as part of your daily caloric intake!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should count it in your calorie consideration because it does add calories, but it is better then some of the crud people put in their bodies, so if you enjoy it then you should be fineWww@Answer-Health@Com

That's 8 tablespoons of oil!. There are about 120 calories per tablespoon, so you're consuming 960 calories just from olive oil!. So yes, I'd say that's a lot!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Olive oil is better health wise than most oils but it is also a fat and as a fat it has the same calories as any other fat!. You'd better keep a close watch on your weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes it's bad!. You should consume about two tablespoons per day!. And yes add it to your caloric intake!. As it is a fatWww@Answer-Health@Com
