and just take really good care of you hair, dont over-heat it, get repairing products for it and just generally eat a healthy diet with lots of minerals, vitamins, nutrients, proteins and calcium!.!.!.take vitamins and drink alot of water to hydrate it, rejuvinate it and keep it shiny =) also make an avocado hair mask, and use coconut oil on your hair!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you have allowed your body to fall into ruin through poor dietary habits, don't do any more harm by trying to rush its recovery!. Eat full and well balanced meals with lean protein, healthy fats, whole grains, and fresh fruits and vegetables!. You can supplement your diet with a multivitamin, but only take one!. There are several minerals and vitamins that can become harmful when taking in abundance!. Play it safe and only take one!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
Try to eat well balanced meals and vitamins become a moot point, not needed!. I don't think there's really a way to speed up the recovery of the hair!. Just eating healthy should do it for you!. If you take a multi-vitamin, just take the recommended dose because there are some vitamins you can take too much of!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
My wife is taking pre-natal vitamins and constantly tells me how fast her hair and nails are growing!. Pre-nates are very good vitamins and should help your body recover from the starvation trauma it sounds like it has endured!.
