Drink juice in the morning before eat?!

Question: Drink juice in the morning before eat!?
Hello,
Do you think it is bad to drink 1 or 2 cups of juice in the early morning before eating anything!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Pros:
1!. If it gives you the feeling of "having energy" to start the day, then, why not!? I make a cucumber 'n fruit shake for my roommate for breakfast every morning because it's her "dream breakfast"!.

Disadvantages:
1!. If you are desperately trying to lose weight, and you're referring to store-bought juice, they are usually loaded with more sugar/sweeteners and calories than you needed!. Better alternative: eat fresh fruits whole!. However, some people may not be able to tolerate eating fruits on an empty stomach!. Make adjustments accordingly!.
2!. If you are drinking it cold, and it is the first thing that hits your stomach after a night's rest, I won't recommend it!. Hot liquids are recommended first thing in the morning, because they get the bowels moving!. Suggestion: drink cold juice after taking hot liquids in the morning!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah, I agree with Miiss Cherie!. Besides the fact that your teeth are affected, I don't see a reason not to!. Unless you don't feel too well eating or drinking early in the morning!.

Just make sure its not those artificially flavored juice!. Freshly squeezed is always the way to go!.

Have a cup of juice and a little omlet and you're ready for the day ;)

Best of Luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
