Should I start doing squats?!


Question: Should I start doing squats!?
The day after playing basketball I have intense hip pain and fatigue!. The day after doing squats for the first time, I have no hip pain, just standard muscle soreness!. Will squats strengthen my hips so I have no pain in basketball!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes!. i have a terribly painful and bad hip, a ruptured bursa, that really will not heal!. as long as your smart about the squats, they will help alot!. start with a very managable and easy weight and every day you work out, increase the weight!. stretch well and also use some resistance while stretching and youl be feeling much better in a few weeks!. the only thing is that you really have to keep up with the work!. it will get bad again if you do not complete the rehab and keep stregthening!. hips are bad to hurt because they heal very slowly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
