Whats the best way to diet?!


Question: Whats the best way to diet!?
Im 15 years old and I am a tad!.!.!.!.im heavy!. School is starting soon and I am absolutely SICK of being the heavy girl!. Now I'm not saying im obese!. I play softball year round [[high school and ASA]]!. but im 170 pounds!! I need a diet that is easy to hold onto [without giving up], and effective!. HELP!! Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat less and run often!. It's not supernatural!. Ignore anything you see on TV for $19!.99 and anything that sounds too good to be true!. Weight Watchers might be a good idea if you think you will have trouble with your will power to eat smaller portions!.

Don't forget the exercise component!. Run on a regular basis, and don't do a pathetic jog-walk like so many do, challenge yourself somewhat!. Also if you can get yourself to run in the mornings you will jumpstart your metabolism, you will also be less tired during the day!.

Lastly remember not to get discouraged!. If you keep to a routine you are guaranteed to see results, just a matter of time!. If you cut corners you are only cheating yourself!. Good luck with reaching your goal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Weight Watchers!. I'm a convert!. I lost 5!.4 lbs my first week!. I ate a LOT of vegetables!. Stopped eating butter all together!. And I had smaller portion sizes!. That's really all I did!. I was hungry, I won't kid you, but my body isn't used to eating less food yet!.

Highly, highly recommended!. Get the monthly pass for $40 and you can go to meetings and use the eTools (very cool web app that helps you track what you're eating)!. I will not always track everything I eat but I'm doing this now until I get used to the correct portion sizes and healthy foods!.

for a workable diet -
here is what my dietician suggests - follow a practical diet!. start your meal with a soup or a huge salad!. this fills u up!. Make sure your plate has this ratio - 50 per cent veg, 25 per cent carb!. potatoes, corn and peas come in carbs category!. 25 per cent protein!.this will prevent cravings too!.an occassional treat is OK!. have a snack every three hours!. fruit ,ideally berries, or soy nuts!. just 2 tbsp of soya subsides hunger pangs!. have a protein shake too, if you want!. it will fight the fat and give you extra energy to exercise!. switch from white rice and bread to brown!. eat 900gms of veggies a day!.Needless to say, NO soda, chips, cookies! Lose a kilo a week!. that is permanent loss!. pick an exercise regime you like!.
get a pedometer and try to take 10,000 steps everyday!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
