Hi Ki Ki :3 I have lost 20 lbs in 3 weeks!. I mainly stay away from breads & anything with starchy things!. I drink lots & lots of water, up 1 gal, a day!.
anything with sugar like cool aid, lemon aid, soda's of any kind they make your teeth dissolve, like soda's eat the enamel off of your teeth & make them brittle!. slack up on too much breads!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

5-6 small healthy meals a day!. (Fruits, veggies, and anything with protein)

Don't have sugary stuff as those can increase love handles!.
