*shivers* sounds healthy but horrible i am Hispanic and cant eat food without seasoning but if this is enough for you thats awesome !
You should add some
crushed garlic
onion powder , garlic powder , adobo low sodium ,oregano !. pepper , a packet of sazon for coloring you can try to ms dash seasonings too !
also some olive oil and vinargar and put it a pan and stir fry until its fully cook but not dried out !.
Also add veggies some asparagus , a salad , brocalli (lightly marinated with olive oil and salt ) !.
Also some fiber like brown rice , a bread roll would be a more complete and satisfying dish ,,well to me hope this helps !
For desert add a jello dark chocolate pudding cup (60 cals ) , applesauce , or a really pretty fruit you found at the store like a huge peach or something !.

Please keep in mind that this is a very basic overview!. College nutrition textbooks or the USDA can provide more in depth information!.

There are three main components of food:

Protein helps build and maintain muscles!.
Carbohydrates provide short term and mid term energy!.
Fats provide sustained energy and help keep the body warm!.

All three are important!. Your body can convert any of the three into carbohydrates or fats, but not into protein!. Basically, you can convert protein into carbs or fat, but not from carbs to protein, etc!.

Another important part of food are vitamins and minerals!. These help maintain the body and keep it health, everything from Vitamin C to Calcium!.

Of course, everyone always talks about calories, which basically is a measure of energy!. When people talk about burning calories, they are
more correct than they may think!. A single calorie is the amount of energy that it takes to raise 1 gram of water 1 degree celsius!.

A diet is an overall plan for the food that you eat!. It does not necessarily mean that you are trying to lose weight, simply that you are trying to maintain a healthy state!. A balanced diet includes the amount of calories that you take in, getting enough vitamins and having enough protein!. You doctor or nutritionalist can help to determine your specific needs!.

In the above example, both chicken and milk are a good source of protein, as well as vitamin D and Calcium!. It seems to be a well thought out meal!. Make sure you are getting enough nutrients and calories!. Try to determine how much weight you can lose safely each week!. For example, if you are using 2100 calories per day and you are eating 2000 calories per day, you can lose weight because you are using more energy that you are eating!. Make sure that you consult with a professional to make sure that you do not lose too much weight or deprive yourself of some necessary nutrients, especially during your growing years!Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is starch in corn which will add fat when it breaks down in the body!. I would use a green veggie like green beans, salad with low fat dressing or lemon juice on it, or spinach, sour kraut, squash, green peppers, tomatoes , celery or zucchini!. You can have angel food cake for dessert (no fat) and I put heated applesauce with sugar & cinnamon on top of the cake or eat it alone as a dessert!. Berries are good for dessert also as are peaches, grapes, watermelon and apples, bananas are more fattening than the other fruits!. If you deprive yourself of desserts you will fall off your diet!. I just started my husband on a diet yesterday!. Tuna in water is good for meat also!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It depends on how you're dieting!. Perhaps for lunch, yes!. But it also sounds like you don't have many fruits and vegetables!.
You need to balance your meals with all food groups, and make sure that a single meal isn't just supplying you with protein!.

I'd suggest that for dinners you eat salads, while during lunch you have some kind of meat mixed in with fruits and vegetables!. I'd also suggest a balanced breakfast that supplies you with most of your starches (long lasting energy)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you're dieting then you really don't want corn in your diet!. It has a lot of sugar in it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds really healthy! Www@Answer-Health@Com
