Question: Can you be overwieght and still get results from P90X!?
well my dad is going to order P90X for himself but he is overweight do you think he will get at least a little bit of resultsWww@Answer-Health@Com

That is a VERY good question and actually there is no easy answer to it!.
I would ask a few questions of him first!.
1!. What is his general fitness level now!? Can't he pass the P90X Fitness test!. (I have it on my site here) http://www!.scottcolvin!.com/p90xfittest!.p!.!.!. If so and he is does not have any other physical issues (bad joints, heart problems or anything else he should do well!. You do need a certain level of fitness to get the most out of P90X!.
2!. Just exactly how "overweight' is he!? Earl Broughfman was VERY overweight and lost a tremendous amount of weight and is a very fit man today after doing P90X BUT I believe he STARTED on Power90!.
AS I said there are many factors that will affect his results!.Where he starts from physically will make a lot of difference!. He may want to start with Power90 instead if he cannot pass the fit test!.
Lastly, is you Dad the type of person who can REALLY stick with something and "BRING IT" as Tony says every day!? You have got to stick with it, press play every day, eat right and KEEP FOCUSED to succeed!. Are you planning on doing the program too!? Your Dad might appreciate the workout partner!
