For you to loose weight using this method, you'd need to be doing this repeatedly!. And so It is not a good idea using laxative for the purpose of loosing weight!. The laxative will flush out from your digestive system, the good bacteria necessary for the proper breaking down of the foods you eat!. These good bacteria will not get a chance to recolonize and so you'll find that later you develop digestive or yeast problem!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Absolutely not!. It only helps you lose water weight, and that's only if you have A LOT of water weight, and if you don't it only dehydrates you!. It's not a good way to lose weight!.

Eat in smaller portions, the size of your closed fist!. Snack on fruits and vegetables!. Exercise at least 20 mins a day, even if its a brisk walk!. Any little helps!.

Avoid laxatives and any other diet pills, they don't work without a bad reaction!. Your health isn't worth it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

its not healthy at all it is used as a crash diet for sports and competitions where people have to make a certain weight but it does not stay off and long term use causes health problems!. just exercise daily and eat more small meals a day properly proportioned!. talk to a dietitian they will put you in the right directionWww@Answer-Health@Com

they make u crap alot!.!.it cleans out ur system so ud lose weight from having no crap in u i guess yea but its not a way u can lose inches off ur waist u know if u stop eating there will be nothing to crap lol so id suggest not using them and go to the bathroom naturally if u want take a natural laxitive like prunes they are a food and def help with going to the bathroom!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I guess it maybe would!. I mean you are pooping everything out you just ate- so like!.!.!. you are not eating basically!. >!.> Not my way!. Loosing weight the healthy way is best!. Plus, it gets you into good shape :) and into routinene so you can stay healthy for the rest of your life!!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

kinda, though it also makes you lose a lot of other things to!. It is actually a disorder called bulimia!. Now I have to say, there is no easy way to lose weight, and things like short-cuts are not very healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
