You can't spot reduce, its a myth!. And as you probably know, in your situation it isnt about any excercise you can do to miraculously let your abs show through!. Yours is strictly a diet situation!. Cudos to you by the way as you look like you are doing things right!. However you got about 2% more body fat to lose if your serious about really getting the abs to show!. You probably know the routine but I'll say it anyway!. Lean grilled or backed meats, fish, chicken!. Green vegetables, steamed!. Lay off the salt, and hit the treadmill!. Thats it!.!. move it back to the sitting position!. Repeat ten times!. Every week add
to the number of repetitions!. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six
pack and muscles!. Dumbbells do wonders!. Much better than these crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT ALL!. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
