Answers:
all nuts are seeds!.

I'm not a biology major major but I'm guessing that since fatty acids are nutrient dense they provide plenty of energy for the seed to develop enough until the root system has developed to the point where it can obtain nutrients from soil!.

proteins and carbohydrates provide 4 calories per gram
fats provide 9 calories per gramWww@Answer-Health@Com

Nuts contain healthy fats!.

The unhealthy types of fats are saturated and trans-fats, while nuts contain healthy, unsaturated fats (monounsaturated and polyunsaturated)!.

These fats can be helpful in reducing cholesterol, improving your joints, and various other functions!.
