Can 2 little sleep hurt my workout? ( 2 diff. questions in here)?!


Question: Can 2 little sleep hurt my workout!? ( 2 diff!. questions in here)!?
OK, I have a couple problems!.

1) Even though I can lift a lot of weight, especially in proportion, I get sore too easy!. Like I worked out a couple days ago, and IT HURT WORSE THE SECOND DAY (TODAY) THAN THE 1ST!.

Is this normal!? could it be caused by lack of sleep last night!?

2nd question:
I have trouble getting to sleep, and I need to turn my schedule around for school!. REALLY BAD!. Like I'll get in bed and try to fall asleep and i'll feel tired, but then i'll toss and turn and my mind will race all night thinking about **** that idrc about and im just tryin to fall asleep, but it doesn't work, and for example, last night I went to bed at 11 something, and I didn't fall asleep till like 4 in the morning!.

BESIDES pills, are there any ways to fall asleep that work!? any things in the room, any things to do b4 sleep, etc!. that will make you fall asleep!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

the work outs when u start for first few days it hurts really bad but as u proceed it becomes normal and your pain will vanish away!.same thing happens to every1!.but u need to get good amount of sleep abt 7hours a day not more not less !.while u r sleeping u r body gains energy !.thts y a human cant live without sleep!.it is very important!.if u want to loose weight u should keep working out and eat fruits and vegetables and salad !.try to reduce fast foods and dont over eat after work outs!.as for u r schedule u should not sleep all day i mean dont take a nap after u r lunch ,do some physical work so tht u r food gets digested!. or take a walk !.then if u r not feeling tired or sleepy u try to read a book while in bed !.or u can try getting tired 1hr before u go to bed room !. dont use pills as it can cause side effects like u r eyesight can get effected !.and anything if those pills dont match u r system!.it can also disturb u r other activities !.some times pills work after few hours !.u make sure ur comfortable in ur room !.best is read u favorite authors book if ur not getting sleepy !.it may work out, trying dosent make u loose anythingWww@Answer-Health@Com
