I would like to lose weight & shape up?!


Question: I would like to lose weight & shape up!?
Im 15 years old & would really like to lose some weight and shape up again!. My current height is about 5'4 & I weigh about 127!. I'v developed love handles & I think my thighs got bigger!. The top half of my body from the chest up is perfectly fine!. But from my stomach down to my thighs!.!. it's not so good!. I have large thighs & a butt!. My mom said my thighs are big because I dance & im starting to believe her, lol!. I would like to know the best possible way to lose some weight & tone up those areas!. I know its a lot, but you have no idea how much I appreciate it!.

its crazy!.
but if i flex my leg!.
the side if it is pretty hard from dance& so is my stomach!.
