2!. Eat boiled vegetables!.
3!. Drink more water!.

well i think thats normal weight, i dont know y u want to loose weight,
anyways drink 6 - 7 glasses of hot water, it acts on the fatty areas(abbs umm very tough to loose weight in that area)
