How many days a week should I do cardio...?!


Question: How many days a week should I do cardio!.!.!.!?
If i want to lose 7 to 8 pounds!? I am 21 year old female, my height is 5'4 and i weigh 128!. I have been doing resistance training, the worlds fastest workout video for cardio as seen here http://www!.youtube!.com/watch!?v=AimPOSXe7!.!.!.


and some days I do Yoga as well!.
How many days a week should I do this to lose the weight I want to lose!? And how long could it take!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well it depends on how much your doing it now!. Your body needs a brake sometimes after doing all that work, that pain that you feel when you work out is actually your muscals ripping apart and coming together bigger and stronger so if you keep ripping them it will take awhile for them to come together!., so after that's said I'd try doing it every other day your not doing a crazy work out!. If you do Yoga and other work out stuff say three times a week then you should at least do cardio every other day your not working out, but remember walking around the block wont hurt anything!.

And that also depends on how committed you are to losing weight this mate make you gain some weight because of your bones and musicals not because of fat so instead of going for the scale try on a skinny pair of jeans that you normally have trouble getting into and keep trying them on every week and as soon as they start fitting more and more you know your working hard enough :)

Try the cardio for at least 30 minutes a day!. Riding an exercise bike is also great and its low impact so its easier to do and you get the same results!. Swimming laps is great as well!. Eat healthy!. No junk or soda!. No added sugar to anything, etc!. Drink lots of water and move more in anything you do!. I'm sure that if you are dedicated enough you can lose those pounds in a month or two!. ^_^ Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

probably 3-4 times a week as is usually suggested!. but it needs to be at least 20 minutes increments - not 5 and a half minutes unless i'm not looking at it right!.

yoga is so good for you! keep that up!. it shouldn't take you more than 3 (i'll be surprised if it takes that long) weeks to lose your weight if you do the hour of cardio a week and cut your calories by around 500 per day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the best thing to do is try to exercise everyday!. maybe do cardio 4-5 times a week and do other types of exercise for the rest of the days!. and just so you know, 128 is a pretty normal weight for you!. just keep exercising normally you dont have to stress over it!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

i normally do cardio 4 days a week!.!.!.!.!.like mon wed fri and sun so that way i give myself a day of rest in between except for 1 day so it gives my body a chance to recouperate!.!.!.!.!.it works well!Www@Answer-Health@Com
