Ok so im currently on summer break from school!.I have gained like 6 pounds!. In the last few weeks and i just wanted to know what i can do to lose it!. I am 13 years old and 5'8 1/2 160 pounds!. How would walking help me lose weight!?!. What should i eat!? can anyone give me a one day meal plan start (i mean little meal plan like breakfast, snack, and so on!.) Please Help Me!. Treadmill - 30-60 minutes a day
