Question: Need help losing those 5 extra pounds!!?
im 116 pounds and 5'3, and i just want to lose an extra 5 pounds and maintain that, and it seems so HARD because i don't feel as motivated as i used to be!. and i keep overeating every once in a while!. can someone give me some ideas on what to eat throughout the day and whats the best exercises i can do!.

omg i was exacly like u! i was 116 lbs and i lost 10 pounds in like a month, just dont eat so much and only eat if ur hungry! drinks lots of water and try eating 4-6 small meals a day instead!. no juice, pop or even energy drinks! good luck :DWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well setting goals is a start and overeating at times is completely normal!. My best advice for you would be to take it easy and dont eat after 7 p!.m!., minimize your portions and increase your walking distance!. Try to walk eveywhere that you can and drink water!! well for snacks, always eat fruit!! grapes usually do the trick because they're sweet tasting and really good!. plus healthy!
drink A LOT of water!.
