What is a good example of a daily menu for five small meals a day to keep my metabolism burning!? I cannot eat seafood (allergic) and I am looking for things that are easy to prepare!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you want ur metabolism burning all day make sure you eat most of your food before the afternoon and have a small dinner!.
I like to eat lots of carbs but throw in some dairy and meat stuff too!. But more than anything I just try to mix things up and keep away from things that are really fatty!.
Breakfast cereal and lipton instant rice are a few of my favorites meals!. I also do protein powder if I'm not getting enough protein!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
